Refund policy
Dahlias are a living product so all sales are final and returns cannot be accepted.
I presprout all tubers before listing them to check for signs of disease missed in the last season, and to ensure against blind tubers. Your tuber will not just arrive with an eye, it will have at least a small bump sprouting if not an inch or two of green leaves. Some of my beds are heavy clay soil. So I cannot promise the prettiest of tubers in every case. But I do promise they will be true to variety and healthy.
I do not test for virus due to cost and the complications of the process. But I cull heavy and throw and replace soil if I ever suspect either type of gall. I also grow any new additions to my garden in isolated pots to inspect them at the end of the season and store and wake up all dahlias in their own bag of soil to catch any signs of disease.
I am meticulous about organization and labelling. But accidents do happen. If you have received a mislabeled variety, please contact me immediately with pictures and I will make it right with either a refund or replacement the next year.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I cannot take responsibility for shipping service failures. I will assist in filing an insurance claim by providing whatever information I need to if they lose a package or damage it beyond what can be saved. But I cannot offer refunds for factors beyond my control. I film all orders during packing to assist in any claims if you need it.
