Be still my heart!! This one looks beautiful in pictures. Those pictures do it no justice. I seriously stopped and gasped a little more than once when I saw her bloomed out in the garden. The way the dusty tones flood over the dark stems is just chef's kiss.
I bought this one on an impulse to fill an empty spot. And it was serendipity. After growing it for just a season I don't understand why this isn't one of the more talked about varieties. It easily became one of my top 5 just after this first season.
She handled the Colorado heat well and stayed productive through the season, though it took her a while to get started, she was so very worth the wait.
